Country Hearth Inn & Suites Cartersville

The service could've been better. The rooms were quaint, clean, and somewhat bare. No decoration or sense of welcoming. It seemed as if they just threw furniture in a bare room with a tile floor. The nicest thing about the room was the TV. I'll commend them for having a clean bathroom and sink, but that's about it

I give them 5 stars. Not that they are Caesar's Palace or anything but the place was clean updated nice TVs nice bedspreads and pillows. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good. Big Stop store near them also was very good to get some snacks for the night at the hotel. All in all it's a good stop

Room was very clean and there’s a large fridge with a freezer. The main issue was the Roku tv doesn’t even connect to Wi-Fi and I couldn’t get the regular tv channels to work either. Maintenance did come and replace the broken tv with a brand new one though, which is more than most hotels would bother to do.

Well apparently this location does not like to give but 1 washcloth for 2 people. No ice bin, coffee maker, cups. Nothing. So if your expecting any of this keep dreaming. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The pillows everything you moved they made a rustling sounds. The room was clean.

I have been here about a month and I am greatful. I mean obivously it is a extended stay so,That alone should tell people what to expect. However it's alot nicer than most I have stayed in over the years! The staff is cool, I haven't had any problems with other residents and the price is right! I only gave 4 stars because I wish they had a laundry facility on site, but the hotel next door let's us use theirs and for that I'm also greatful. I would suggest this place and will continue staying here. Thanks for everything guys !

Great location near interstate but hidden for our quick night stay while traveling. Room was clean, 4 stars because fridge was very noisy all night and impossible to unplug, but we were stopping late, tired and did not complain. Staff was amazing so I’m sure they would have taking time to fix issue for us if asked. This is the kind of people working there- my wallet fell out of my purse onto bed while packing up and I didn’t realize it. The cleaning staff found it and turned it in to the front desk right away. They tried to call me twice. I did not get the call until 3 hours away. When I called, the manager, worked with me and used her personal lunch time to go to the post office and mail my wallet plus all contents I’d left in it to my home. Please share this story and let them know you read it when you stay. I believe Nick and Pritti were involved. I was blessed they were in charge of my room and worked diligently and honorably To get my wallet without the hassle of loosing credit cards or money to me. Thank you!

Quiet and secluded. Perfect if you want your peace while away from home. You are only a few exits from everything. I love it. Whenever in the area this will be my home away from home. Front desk and housekeeping staff are awesome.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff was eager to help with anything I needed.
